Accelerated BSN Plan of Study
This particular program takes 12 months to complete and includes a continuous three-semester curriculum. The Accelerated BSN program in Oxford begins each August, and the program in Jackson begins each January.
Students must enroll in full-time study; no part-time study option is permitted in the Accelerated BSN program. Students are strongly encouraged not to work while in the program.
Progression
Students must maintain an overall GPA of 2.0 in order to progress and graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Students may receive a grade of "D" or "F" in one course; a second "D" or "F" results in dismissal from the program.
